Transfer the CSWGP coverage to the Contracting Agency when Physical <br /> 2 Completion has been given and the Engineer has determined that the project <br /> 3 site is not stabilized from erosion. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 9. Submit copies of all correspondence with Ecology electronically to the Engineer <br /> 6 in a PDF format within four calendar days. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 1-07.5(4) Air Quality <br /> 9 This section is revised to read: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The Contractor shall comply with all regional clean air authority and/or State Department <br /> 12 of Ecology rules and regulations. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 The air quality permit process may include additional State Environment Policy Act <br /> 15 (SEPA) requirements.
