I <br /> 2 1-02.10 Withdrawing, Revising, or Supplementing Proposal <br /> 3 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) <br /> I 4 <br /> 5 Delete this section, and replace it with the following: <br /> 6 <br /> 7 After submitting a physical Bid Proposal to the Contracting Agency, the Bidder may <br /> 8 withdraw, revise, or supplement it if: <br /> 9 <br /> I 10 <br /> 11 1. The Bidder submits a written request signed by an authorized person and <br /> physically delivers it to the place designated for receipt of Bid Proposals, and <br /> 12 2. The Contracting Agency receives the request before the time set for receipt of <br /> 13 Bid Proposals, and <br /> 14 3.
