It is recommended <br />that these documents be made a permanent part of the nursing home records <br />after licensure. . <br />It should be noted that aoproval is for this work only as set Forth in these <br />construction documents and any changes or alterations in/or to the plans or <br />specifications are subject to prior approval by the [•lashington State Health <br />Services Division. <br />Enclosed are three addressed post cards. P2esse fill in tha date a7� reCurn <br />Card ��1 when construction starts. Card ;'f2 to the Fiealth Services Division <br />should be forwarded two weeks prior to covering walls and ceilings so that a <br />precover inspection can 6e made.
