PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution authorizing the declaration of certain City owned properties as surplus and authorizing the sale and disposition of those properties. (Action and public hearing scheduled for 11-14-18) CONSENT: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,592,823.29 for the period of October 20, 2018 through October 26, 2018. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfers against the City of Everett in the amount of $6,606,179.04 for the period of September 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018. (7) Authorize Call for Bids for the construction of Cleveland Avenue Sewer System Replacement and Stormwater Separation Project. (8) Authorize the purchase of traffic signal equipment using State Contract in the amount of $127,666.14, including Washington State sales tax. (9) Award Bid #2018-050 for Access Management Service Agreement and Repairs to RFI Enterprises Inc., in the amount of $145,920.74, including Washington State sales tax. PUBLIC HEARING: (10) CB 1810-45 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2019, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the ensuring year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington. (11) CB 1810-47 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing special system development fees for connection to the City of Everett water and sewer systems and stormwater system impacts, amending Ordinance 3095-08. ACTION: (12) CB 1810-48 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3578-17 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project", Fund 342, and Program 025, to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of $305,000. (13) CB 1810-49 — 3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Deer Park Playground Replacement", Fund 354, Program 057, for the Replacement of Park Playground Equipment).
