Co-location of the antennas will eliminate the need to construct a new monopole. <br />The ground equipment wiil be placed within the existing fenced area, at the base of the existing pole. <br />Conclusion: The proposed use provides a public benefit. <br />2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br />Findin : The proposed project site is an existing monopole and ground-fenced area. Ali necessary <br />utilities are located at the project site. No road improvements are necessary; the site is accessed off of <br />Madison Street via a side driveway next to the Sunrise View Retirement Villa. � <br />� <br />
