Landscape maintenance, assurance devices - All <br />landscape areas described herein shall be maintained by <br />tlie owner of the parking area as required by the Zoning <br />Code and a maintenance assurance device shall be <br />provided as required by the �rovisions of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />L.
