Red painted curbs with white stenciling of the <br />words "NO PARI:ING - PIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating <br />"NO PARKING - FIRE LANE - VIOLATORS MI+Y BE TOWED" to be <br />located as approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />2. For details concerning Landscaping and Screening requirements <br />please see Section 35 of the Zoning Code. If street trees are <br />being proposed, please refer to the City approved list of <br />recommended street trees and Interim Master List of Signature <br />Trees for some designated public right-of-ways. Copies can be <br />obtained from the City Planning or Parks and Recreation <br />Departments or from the project planner. <br />3. City streets. and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br />at all times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street <br />cleaninq must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br />4. A performance guarantee is required for the sidewalk <br />reconstruction on McDougall Avenue. <br />5. A building permit for demolition of the existing building and a <br />sewer cap-off permit are required. <br />6. A one-year guarantee is required on the public street, utility <br />and site landscaping for an amount not less than l0� of the cost <br />of construction and shall run for one year from the date of <br />issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />7 <br />[� <br />The area between the existing curb and the existing sidewalk on <br />McDougall Avenue must remain planted with grass. <br />The Folice Department lias the followina security recommendations: <br />a.
