I <br /> I1.2 Contract Documents <br /> A. The complete Contract includes: <br /> 1. Federal requirements that apply to this Contract and Project; <br /> 2. Supplemental agreements between Owner and Contractor, if any, subsequent to the Owner's <br /> Iexecution of the Contract; <br /> 3. Addenda; <br /> I 4. The Contract; <br /> 5. Specifications, including,but not limited to,these General Conditions and other numbered Sections; <br /> 6. Supplementary Conditions, if any; <br /> I7. Drawings; <br /> 8. Change Orders; <br /> 1 9. City of Everett standard plans in effect as of the date Bids are opened; <br /> 10. Instructions to Bidders; <br /> II 1. Contractor's completed Bid Form; and <br /> 12. Certifications and affidavits as required by this Contract and by law. <br /> I <br /> 1.3 General <br /> A. These parts complement each other in describing the complete Work. Any requirement in one part binds as <br /> if stated in all parts. The Contractor shall provide any work or materials clearly implied in the Contract <br /> I even if the Contract does not mention it specifically. Any inconsistency in the parts of the Contract shall be <br /> referred to the Owner's Representative attention for a determination of the intended requirements. <br /> I <br /> B. The Work required in one part must be furnished even if not mentioned in other parts of the Contract. If <br /> any part of the Contract requires Work that does not include a description for how the Work is to be <br /> performed, the Work shall be performed in accordance with standard trade practice(s). For purposes of the <br /> Contract, a standard trade practice is one having such regularity of observance in the trade as to justify an <br /> I <br /> expectation that the Contractor will follow or observe the practice in performing the Work. In case of any <br /> ambiguity, disagreement or Dispute over interpreting the Contract, the Owner's Representative's decision <br /> will be final as provided in these General Conditions. <br /> IC. Approved Shop Drawings, other Contractor's Submittals, and the reports and drawings of subsurface and <br /> physical conditions are not Contract Documents. <br /> IARTICLE 2 SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS <br /> I <br /> 2.1 Interpretation of Specifications and Drawings <br /> A. The Specifications and Drawings are intended to be explanatory and supportive of each other. Work <br /> specified on the Drawings and not in the Specifications, or vice versa, shall be executed as if specified in <br /> I <br /> both. In the event the Work to be done or matters relative thereto are not sufficiently detailed or explained <br /> in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall immediately ask the Owner's Representative for further <br /> explanation and shall comply with such explanation.
