Meeting Date: August 21,2018. <br /> b. Meeting Time: 10:00 am, local time. <br /> c. Location: North end (Final Effluent North) of the City's Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> I (WPCF)at 4027 4th Street SE,Everett, WA 98205. <br /> 2. Meeting#2: <br /> a. Meeting Date: August 23,2018. <br /> b. Meeting Time: 10:00 am, local time. <br /> c. Location: North end (Final Effluent North) of the City's Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> (WPCF)at 4027 4th Street SE,Everett, WA 98205. <br /> B. Attendance: <br /> 1. Prime Bidders:Attendance at a minimum of one Prebid meeting is mandatory. <br /> 2. Subcontractors: Attendance at a Prebid meeting is recommended. <br /> 3. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders attending a meeting and represented on a <br /> Prebid Meeting sign-in sheet. <br /> a. Bids received from prime bidders not attending at least one Prebid Meeting will be found <br /> non-responsive and their bid will be rejected. <br /> C. Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business <br /> days prior to meeting. <br /> D. Agenda: Prebid meeting agenda will include review of topics that may affect proper preparation and <br /> submittal of bids, including the following: <br /> 1.
