October 24, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., October 24, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Members Moore <br /> and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member McNeal led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 17, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Pinehurst <br /> Neighborhood meeting and the Master Builders Association annual <br /> breakfast. <br /> Council Member McNeal spoke about the Silver Lake neighborhood <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Northwest <br /> Neighborhood meeting and the Council of Neighborhoods. She also <br /> reminded the public that the annual Monte Cristo Awards Ceremony will be <br /> on October 25 at 7 p.m. <br /> Council Member Murphy thanked the Council of Neighborhoods for keeping <br /> the program alive. <br /> President Roberts announced that Item 6, an ordinance relating to reusable <br /> bags, will be discussed at the General Government Subcommittee meeting <br /> on November 14. He reminded the public that the regular City Council <br /> meeting of November 21 will start at 12:30 p.m. President Roberts stated <br /> 338 <br />
