October 31, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., October 31, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Murphy, McNeal, <br /> Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin was excused <br /> and Council Member Moore was expected to be a few minutes late. <br /> Council Member Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 24, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> APPOINTMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to concur with the following appointment: <br /> Transportation Advisory Board <br /> Appointment of Al Furiak to Position 4 for a four-year term expiring <br /> December 31, 2022. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Moore <br /> who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance Monday at the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration's public hearing on the impact of commercial flights <br /> at Paine Field. <br /> • <br /> 348 <br />
