October 31, 2018 <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Adopt Resolution authorizing the declaration of certain City-owned <br /> properties as surplus and authorizing the sale and disposition of <br /> those properties. <br /> Presented by Mike Palacios, Real Property <br /> President Roberts announced the resolution is scheduled for Council action <br /> and public hearing on November 14, 2018. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested that city staff prepare, in advance <br /> of the public hearing on November 14, historical data for each of the <br /> potential surplus property sites. <br /> Mr. Palacios stated he would provide a written summary for each property <br /> prior to the public hearing. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1810-45 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE levying the general taxes for the City of Everett for <br /> fiscal year commencing January 1, 2019, on all taxable property, <br /> both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose <br /> of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on City operations for the <br /> ensuring year, as required by the Charter of the City of Everett and <br /> the laws of the State of Washington <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1810-47 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing special system development fees for <br /> connection to the City of Everett water and sewer systems and <br /> stormwater system impacts <br /> 350 <br />
