ORDINANCE NO. 3633-18 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3578-17 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project", Fund 342, and Program 025, to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of$305,000. WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to replace glazing units on the north and west sides of the Wall Street Building located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3578-17 was established as Fund 342, Program 025 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project" to accumulate the construction costs required for the project. WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to replace the glazing units on the south side of the Wall Street Building. WHEREAS, additional funding is required to replace the glazing units on the south side of the Wall Street Building. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3578-17 which reads as follows: The sum of $155,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 025 "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project". A. Use of Funds Construction $155,000 Total $155,000 B. Source of Funds CIP 1 $155,000 C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. Be and the same is hereby amended to read os follows: The sum of $305,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 025 "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project". A.
