4.0 ANALYSIS ANU DESIGN OF REQUIRED EROSTON AND SEDIMENT CON1'ROL
 Bvil's
Tcmporary erosion ;md sedimentation control (ESC) measures such as filter fabric fence,
intereeptor ditches with rock check dams, rock construction entrance, storm inlet protection, and a
sediment pond shall bc installcd per [hc Erosion and Sedimemation Control Plan and shall only
bc removed aCter the site is stabiliud and thc permanent drainage facilities are installed. All
disturbed areas of the site shall be vegetatcd or othcrwise permanently stabilized. At a minimum,
diswrbed are:is shall be seeded and mufched. The eemporary erosion and sediment conUol
measures such as silt fences, construction en[rance, and storm inlet protection shall be mrooved
from the site. Measures [hat will quickly decompose such as brush barriers and organic mulches
m2y remain in plucc. Temporary ESC measures may be left in placc as Scemed appropriate. All
permanent surface water facilities, including catch basins, manholes, pipes, and detention
facilities shall Ix: cleaned. My ofFsitc catch basins that require protecdon during construction
shall also bc cicaned. See attached calculations for sizing of Uie sedimcnt pond and dischazge
oudcts. The sediment pond is sizcd acconling to the City of Everelt Stormwater Manual 2-5.7
(13M1'E3.40).
The final permancnt weddetention pond will bc used as a sedimcnt pond during conswction and
will be installed as onc of the first ilems oF construction. The wct pond portion of the pond will
act as a setding zone for scdiment.

(
122JO.IX13.doc
