Dear Mr Michael Palacios <br /> Or <br /> To whom it may concern, <br /> We are the owner of the property at 105 112th ST SE Everett.We recently received a letter from the city <br /> notifying us the public hearing regarding the proposal of selling the land adjacent to our property, 107 <br /> 112th ST SE Everett.We write this letter to express our concern regarding the proposal. <br /> Our primary concern is that the selling of the adjacent land can harm our legal right to access to our own <br /> property. Our garage is facing to east direction. We need to use the driveway on the 107 to enter and <br /> exit. In addition, we have two cars parked outside of our house,which take portion of the space at 107 <br /> as well. If 107 is sold to another private owner,we will lose the right to pass through 107 and enter our <br /> own property.
