Front Porch and Front Stoops <br /> 1) Where Applicable:The following standards apply to front porch and front stoop building features which <br /> are provided setback exceptions outlined in Section 20.240. <br /> 2) Description:A front porch or front stoop is attached to the facade of a building which is facing a public <br /> street. <br /> a) A front porch includes any porch with a weather protective roof or a deck elevated more than <br /> eighteen (18)inches above grade.
