REVISED MITIGATED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA 70-90 <br />DESCRIPTION of PROPOSAL: The proposed action is issuance of <br />Building and Public Works permits to allow construction of an <br />additional 21,720 square foot warehouse with a total of 42 <br />parking spaces to be provided on the adjacent Burlington railroad <br />site. No filling is proposed. <br />PROPONENT: Verne L. The listed requirements are placed in response to our <br />review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />I. The Hill Street right-of-way is not be used for loading or <br />unloading at any time. The expanded development must be <br />designed to provide loading and unloading within the site <br />boundaries. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES <br />1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not <br />impact the surrounding properties. <br />Pertaining to the Natural Environment) (SEPA Policies <br />2. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water <br />systems'in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. <br />The actual cost shall be computed by the Building Department <br />per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the <br />information on the approved plans on the date of permit <br />issuance.
