REVISED MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE SEPA 70-90 DESCRIPTION of PROPOSAL: The proposed action is issuance of Building and Public Works permits to allow construction of an additional 21,720 square foot warehouse with a total of 42 parking spaces to be provided on the adjacent Burlington railroad site. The Hill Street right-of-way is not be used for loading or unloading at any time. The expanded development must be designed to provide loading and unloading within the site boundaries.
