P1en'Son, et al. to Weyerhaeuser Company, by Deed dated June 20, 1972, and recorded June 21, 1972, under Auditor's File-No. 2238216, • records of Snohomish County, Washington, which point is the True Point of Beginning of this Easement center line description; thence continuing South 73' 56' 17' Went, along said center line, a distance of 146.89 feet to a point on the West line of said tract, which point is the terminus of thin Easement center line.
