LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF ACCESS EASEMENT ACROSS PD TRACT 57 <br /> A 50_00 foot wide non-exclusive Easement, situated in the <br /> Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 5 East <br /> of the Willamette Meridian, which Easement lies 25.00 feet on <br /> each side of the following described Easement center line, and <br /> TOGETHER WITH a 280.00 foot wide Easement for bridge approach <br /> Embankment, lying 140.00 feet on each side of said following <br /> described Easement center linen commencing at the Southeast <br /> corner of said southeast Quarter of Section 8, as shown on that <br /> certain Survey recorded in Volume 37 of Surveys, at pages 196 <br /> through 206, inclusive, and recorded under Auditor's File No. <br /> 9203315001, records of said County; thence North 89' 55' 27* <br /> West, along- the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Section <br /> 8, a distance of 238.96 feet to the point of intersection of <br /> said South line with the East line of the Burlington Northern <br /> Santa Fe Railway Company property, as shown on said survey, <br /> thence North 16. 03' 43' Went, along paid East line, as shown on <br /> said survey, a distance of 1638.75 feet; thence South 73' 56'- <br /> 17 West a distance of 478.52 ,feet to a point on the" Eaht: line <br /> of that certain tract of land as conveyed by Arthur S.
