1. 1.0 FTE Program Manager; Bachelor's degree in Communication with experience in teaching <br /> adult learners in partnership with WorkSource and Edmonds Community College <br /> 2. 0.1 FTE Director of Social Services; Bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies of social <br /> and behavioral health. Over 15 years of leadership experience in serving families in <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> 3. .20 FTE Assistant Director of Social Services: Bachelors in Social Services, over 30 years of <br /> experience in Social Services, adult education and mediation <br /> 4. 1 FTE Data System Development and Reports; supporting the enrollment, scheduling and <br /> data gathering activities of the program <br /> 5. 0.5 FTE Administrative Assistant; data entry and class preparation. <br /> II. Time of Performance <br /> Services of the Subrecipient shall start on the 1st day of July, 2018 and end on the 30th day of June, <br /> 2018. The term of this Agreement and the provisions herein shall be extended to cover any <br /> additional time period during which the Subrecipient remains in control of CDBG funds or other <br /> assets, including program income. The City may, at its discretion, extend the term of this Agreement <br /> to allow for the expenditure of unexpended funds. <br /> III.
