We are unabie to issue a Certificate of Occvpanry for <br />the project until all pemvu have received final approval. On a recen[ visit to azsess the starus of this <br />pemut, oi�r Inspeaor noted several items requiring correction. A copy of his report is enclosed. <br />When corrections have been completed, please call our office at (425) 257-8810 for final inspecxions <br />so that we may issue the Ceruficate for your projea. Please note that the Uniform Building Code <br />provides that all permits expire by limiwtion if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time aher work is commenced for a period of 180 days.
