A <br />pernvt is tcquimd to be scewed For all plumbing work. <br />2. The eombinadon pecwit issued foz� the r�estezn portiosa o£the buildang included <br />only two new cxhavst fans. '�'he pecmit will be required to be revised to znclude <br />tl�e cocrect number of faas to Uc instulled in the total building. <br />3. Xzisulation has been installed in thc roof and floor cavities. Pursuant to Sectian <br />109.6 of the Everett Building Code, all new insulation that is installed wlUain the <br />open ceiliiug cavities must be rewoved until ihe s�uchue I�as passed the }'iamiva� <br />inspeetion and all rough-in inspections. Upon re-installation, a minimum one- <br />inch vcntilated air space is required to be zuaint,tineci above the iusulatiun in <br />uccardance with Washington State Energy Code Sextion IU1.3.^.5. <br />4.
