See the <br />endosed Inspection Aclivity Report(s). Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the 2009 International <br />Building Code and 2009 International Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the <br />work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for over 180 days. Work under your <br />permits will no longer be au[horized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate conlinuing progress by requesting inspection of �vork thaf has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspeclions of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a wrilten request for a 180 day extension, detailing justi(iable c�use for extension. <br />Il is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and serely completed, and that <br />all required inspeclions are performed. Please contact us by ]anuary 3, 2011 to request <br />extension or to schedule inspections. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm <br />without (inal approval.
