The listed requirements are placed in response to <br />our review of this information: <br />AGGNCIES WITH JURISDICTION None <br />North Broadway is designated as a"Gateway" corridor in the City's General Plan. <br />The General Plan states, "Because Everett wants to develop and promote an attractive <br />image, all entry corridors into the Ciry should be designated as "Gateways" and <br />standards should bc applied to developments along such "Gateways° relating ro <br />building design, landscaping, signage, ou[door storage and other aes[hetic <br />cansidcrations that will serve to upgrade Everett's image." To meet the inrent of the <br />policy, the following requirements must be met: <br />a. 3treet trecs must be provided along North <br />the Parks Department. Street trees must be <br />Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />Broadway, witli species approved by <br />plantcd at 20 feet an center. This determination assumes compliance �vith State law and Ciry <br />urdinances related to general environmental protection including but not limited to righPof- <br />���ay improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a <br />cuntpleted em�ironmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
