SCHEDULE OF TASKS (not final estimates!) <br /> Item Description Delivery schedule Cost <br /> Implement VRV interface 15 days; $ 4, 000 (40 hrs.) <br /> for City of Everett to <br /> upload parking tickets to <br /> the State JIS <br /> OBJECTIVE <br /> This work effort is to allow the City of Everett to upload parking tickets from their <br /> parking enforcement system (GTechna) to the Washington State Office of the <br /> Court's Justice Information system. <br /> Parking tickets will be uploaded automatically based on a mutually agreed upon <br /> schedule. CodeSmart will provide access to the City of Everett's Municipal Court <br /> staff to fix and resubmit tickets that have been rejected from the State JIS. <br /> Onboarding System and Design: <br /> Officer's GTechna Back Codesmart Codesmart Email Alert <br /> Handheld Office drop AOC/JIS to court <br /> FTP VRV system <br /> device files to <br /> codesmart FTP <br /> 1 .Gtechna back office process the tickets from the handheld devises and drops a CSV <br /> file into the codesmart FTP. <br /> 2.Codesmart Pulls the file into the system at scheduled intervals and process the files in <br /> the batch system. <br /> 3. Once all the records are transmitted to JIS then an Email alert is sent to the email id <br /> of the court staff configured in the VRV system . <br /> 4.The Email consists of the Status of the tickets that were successfully processed and <br /> those which were unsuccessful. <br /> 5.The court staff can manually edit the ticket in the application and process the ticket <br /> manually. <br /> The status of the tickets is Success, Unknown, failed: <br /> 11/5/2018 Statement of Work Page 2 <br />
