SCHEDULE "A" — SERVICES <br /> Project <br /> City of Everett(CLIENT) has requested HARRIS to: <br /> 1) Replace the current Troy System Accounts Payable (AP) check with a Cognos generated check <br /> • As CLIENT plans to stop using the Troy system <br /> 2) Replace the current Cayenta Payroll check WORD templates with a Cognos check <br /> • As Microsoft has made changes to their Office 2016 Visual Basic code such that WORD <br /> templates are no longer a viable method of achieving the desired business result. <br /> HARRIS will provide the following: <br /> • Install Cognos at Everett <br /> • JIRA CBI-9257 <br /> o Create an AP check <br /> o Create a Payroll check(for use in both regular and manual scenarios) <br /> • The current WORD template has a special function Password Prompt, as well as <br /> a Check and Working copy—see Additional Terms and Conditions below. <br /> CLIENT will provide the following: <br /> • Provide access to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). <br /> • Configuration <br /> • Testers and testing management required to perform all necessary testing prior to installing into <br /> production. <br /> • Approval prior to promoting any changes to production. <br /> • Sign-off <br /> Constraints and Assumptions <br /> 1) Both HARRIS and CLIENT will ensure staff members are available on dates agreed to and <br /> scheduled. <br /> 2) CLIENT will test and report all incidents via Caystone. <br /> 3) CLIENT will have any new hardware in place before the HARRIS work is scheduled to begin, and <br /> will provide any updated connectivity information for the new hardware (if applicable). <br /> Additional Terms and Conditions <br /> 1) Any workflow or special functions which were previously handled through the templates will be <br /> reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if similar functionality can be provided using <br /> Portals or Workflow within the Cayenta Application—Workflow or special functions will increase <br /> the scope of work to be done. <br /> 2) Additional services deemed out of scope (per this document) will be billed at$200 per hour. <br /> 3) All work is remote. <br /> 4) Payment Terms: all fees shall be paid within thirty (30) days of Cayenta's invoice date. All <br /> amounts quoted are exclusive of taxes, which will be billed to the customer if the customer is <br /> not tax-exempt. <br /> 5) No maintenance will be charged on these Cognos reports— but any future adjustments/changes <br /> will be handled underT&M work orders. <br /> PSA betweenCayenta City <br /> Ca enta and of Everett <br /> 8 08/08/2018 <br />
