PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard �601. <br />Connect side sewer per Cily Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this Iot. <br />g, Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof do�vnspout infillration system per City of Everett Storm <br />Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' Iong. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />/ g, � The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to <br />�� beginning the project. <br />10: Inslall erosion control measures as determined by the Pubiic Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />16. <br />Instail erosion controi measures per City of Fverett Slandards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior lo final approval of the permit. <br />All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />permilled site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building Iot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedeslrian travel. <br />Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />17. Remove and reptace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everelt Slandard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />this proposal's irontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must 6e repiaced). <br />18. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />19. Pave driveway from the front property line out to lhe street paving. <br />20. Contact the Waler Dislrict for connecting provisions for this building's water and <br />sewer services. <br />21 <br />A catch basin as per City Standard Plan #402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan #410 is required for the <br />parking area. <br />If a sewer pump system is lo be instalied, lhe pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then <br />gravily tlow across lhe public right-of-way. <br />23.
