Sliding glass doors should have Charlie bars installed for optimum security. d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. e. If there is a laundry room, it should be centrally located and highly visible. f. A gated entrance is recommended for the parking area and a fence be placed around the perimeter. g.
