Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department showing site parking layout, <br /> landscaping, utilities, storm drainage and' temporary <br /> construction erosion control. Public Wor;:s Department <br /> approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br /> permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of cirt and debris at <br /> all times during construction. Dust suppression and <br /> street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 3 . The Police Department has the following security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 degree. to <br /> 220 degree wide angle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts <br /> with 1" throw and at least 3" screws securing striker <br /> plate. <br /> b: Windows should overlook the parking lot for increased <br /> security of vehicles . <br /> c. Sliding glass doors should have Charlie bars installed for <br /> optimum security. <br /> d. Lighting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br /> candles. <br /> e. If there is a laundry room, it should be centrally located <br /> and highly visible. <br /> f. A gated entrance is recommended for the parking area and a <br /> fence be placed around the perimeter. <br /> g.
