November 7, 2018 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except for Council <br /> Members Roberts and Moore who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided an update on the Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting, which was held earlier this evening. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Deputy Mayor Nick Harper introduced Julie Frauenholtz, Community <br /> Development, who provided an update on the Safe Streets Program. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested additional information about the safe <br /> parking pilot, including results obtained in other communities. <br /> Ms. Frauenholtz stated she would follow up with more specifics. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested a planning update relating to the <br /> facilities, zoning, and capacity for cold winter shelters and safe parking. <br /> Mayor Franklin provided an update on funding and capacity relating to cold <br /> winter shelters in Snohomish County. <br /> Deputy Mayor Harper stated he would coordinate with planning staff to <br /> provide additional information. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> Deputy City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> David Kiggins, Everett, spoke about homelessness in the city of Everett. <br /> 356 <br />
