November 14, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., November 14, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Members McNeal and <br /> Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 7, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Members Roberts and Moore abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Tuohy thanked veterans for their service and the local <br /> community programs who support veterans. She also commented on her <br /> attendance at the National League of Cities annual conference held last <br /> week. <br /> President Roberts stated he was working with the Legal Department to bring <br /> forward a briefing on the implementation of districts. He provided an update <br /> from the General Government Subcommittee meeting held earlier this <br /> evening. He also provided an update from his attendance at the National <br /> League of Cities conference. <br /> President Roberts stated that the City Council meeting scheduled for <br /> December 26 has been cancelled. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Nick Harper, Administration, had no report. <br /> 364 <br />
