• <br /> November 28, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 <br /> p.m., November 28, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br /> Municipal Court Judge Laura Van Slyck administered the Oath of Office to <br /> newly elected Council Member Liz Vogeli. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were <br /> present. <br /> Council Member Murphy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 21 , 2018, City Council meeting were <br /> • approved as printed. Council Members Vogeli and Stonecipher abstained <br /> from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin welcomed Council Member Vogeli. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> All council members echoed the Mayor's comments by welcoming Council <br /> Member Vogeli. <br /> Council Member Vogeli made a welcome statement for her first meeting as <br /> a council member. She also provided an update from the Council of <br /> Neighborhoods meeting. <br /> President Roberts stated that council members were provided an updated <br /> memo regarding the reusable bag ordinance that was discussed during the <br /> last General Government Subcommittee meeting. He stated the reusable <br /> bag ordinance, with the recommended changes made by the General <br /> • <br /> 381 <br />
