(2) CB 1811-66-1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance integrating the Housing and Community Development Citizen Advisory Committee and the Human Needs Citizen's Advisory Committee on Housing, Community Development, and Human Needs issues, amending Ordinance No. 342-74 and Ordinance 2975-07 and repealing Ordinance 1555-89. (3rd and final reading on 12-19-18). (3) Adopt Resolution concerning 2018 Supplemental Community Development Block Grant and 2060 and 1990 Housing Trust Fund reallocations and Annual Action Plan Amendment. (4) Adopt Resolution establishing Human Needs Priorities for 2019 Human Needs Grant funding. (5) CB 1811-67 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled "Forterra Restoration Plan", Fund 354, Program 058, for the continued implementation of a restoration plan for several publicly owned urban forested areas within the City of Everett.
