We are now including a powered <br /> door opener on the bath door for accessibility compiiance. <br /> GLNERAL <br /> 1. The walls in Bath-105 where new GWB has been installed are noted on the revised <br /> partial basement plant from drawing A-2. Please note, following my discussions with <br /> the Owner, Chris Baker, only the west and east walls of the bath have received new <br /> GWB. <br /> 2. A new ramp has been included at the new 3'-0" bath door including accessible hardware <br /> and an automated opening device with control switch mounted on the adjacent wall. <br /> The ramp shall be sloped at 1:12. <br /> ACCESSIBILITY <br /> 1. A ramped entry and accessible door and hardware shall be installed to provide access <br /> to the primary function of the bathroom. A powered door opener will be installed with <br /> controls per the attached sketch. <br /> ENERGY <br /> 1. Exposed wall cavities shall be insulated to R-21 and any expc,>ed floor cavities shall be <br /> insulated to R30. None of the existing floor slablcavity will be exposad. <br /> Thanks for assistance.
