Please keep a copy on <br />the lodge premises for future reference. <br />Due to the limited nature of the improvement compared W the size of the building an <br />automatic fire sprinkler system would not be require., at this time. <br />However, the improvement will change the occupancy of a portion of the building. The <br />dining area must have a posted maximum occupant load of 49. Any future expansion or <br />change of use of this building will require the addition of an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br />A building permit is required for the tenar:; improvement. For more information, contact the <br />Building Department at 3200 Cedaz Street. <br />FINDINGS OF FACT: <br />Improvement - f 3,774 square feet (17%). <br />2. Existing Space 234 Olympic permitted as A3 Occupancy. <br />3. Lodgeroom occupantload = 120 <br />Dining room occupantload = 74 <br />4. Limit dining room occupant load to less than 50 by posting. <br />5.
