The parod
number for the host paroel is 60620000410300.
AeMal Photographs
 ADaPT reviewed aerial photographs from the years 1947, 1955, 19E7, 1976, 1981, 1985, 19J3,
and 1997 at Walker & Associates, Inc. of Tukwila, Washington. The photographs range in sc le
from 1:1,000 to 1:2,000, and are bladc and white and color. In the review o` the aeal
photographs, observations are interpretative and limited to the area within epproximately o e-
quarter-mile of the host parcel. The scale of each photograph did not provide a dear image of
speafic site characteristics. However, we were able to discem the absence and presene of
structures on the host parcel, as well as devetopmental trends in the immediale subjed area

Historical Maps
We reviewed the USGS 7.5-minute series topographic map "Everett" dated 1953 ind
photorevised in 1976.
We reviewed the collection of Snbom Map Company fire insurance maps at Suzallo Libran at
the University of Washington. 3anbom maps, as they are commonly refamed, typically derail
building construction type and use, and may show underground and above ground stor:ae
tanks, chemical storage areas, xnd other recognized environmental conditlons. Tho Sanb,m
Map Company published maps dating irom 1867 to the present for various dties and towns, n d
therefore the maps are a good source for identifying the past uses oi a properly. Tha review M
eollectio did not Inelude the host pareel, or the proposed lease area.
lBusineaa Directories
In an effort to document past uses of the subject site and immediate surrouning area, ADaFT
reviewed available historical business directories such as those published by the Polk Compar y
and Cole. These directories are commonly known as Polk's and Cole's directorics. ADaF f
reviewed the business direc"ory collection at the main branch of the Seattle Public Librar!.
Reviewed directories for the site inGuded the following; Polk Everett City Directories for 1961:,
1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, and 1991.
6.2 Historical Findings
1940a
A 1947 aerial photograph depicts the host parcel with a small building abng Olympic Boulevard.
Surrounding areas are either undeveloped or with scattered resfdential.
VoiceSVeam•Masonic Center g
ADaPT Project No. WA004147-1 8
