(AMEC), formerly AGRA, respectfully submits this final <br />summary of special inspection services for the referenced project. Our services were performed <br />as requested and scheduled by Tower Technology Group, Inc. Daily Field RepoRs of our <br />inspections were prepared at the time our services were provided. Our Daily Fie'i Reports, which <br />are attached, form the basis far this final summary letter. <br />AMEC observed the drilled pier for cleaniiness and performed special inspection services for <br />reinforced concrete for the drilled pier foundation. We observed that the reinforcing steel, anchor <br />balts, and placement of concrete conformed to the approved plans and spedfications.
