This analysis has been performed in accordance with the <br />Crown Castle Structural `Statement of Work' and the terms.of Crown Castle Purchase Order Number 835671, in <br />accordance with application 291670, revision 6, <br />The purpose of the analysis is to determine acceptability of the tower stress level. Based on our analysis we <br />have determined the tower stress level for the structure and foundation, under the followirig load case, to be: <br />LC4.5: Modified Structure w/ Existing + Proposed Equipment <br />Note: See Table I and Table II forthe proposed and existing loading, respectively. <br />Sufficient Capacity <br />This analysis has been performed in accordance with the 2012 International Building Code based upon an <br />ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 110 mph converted to a nominal 3-second gust wind speed of 85 mph per <br />section 1609.3.1 as required for use in the TIA-222-G Standard per Exception #5 of Section 1609.1.1. <br />Exposure Category B with a topographic category 1 and Risk Category II were used in this analysis. <br />All modifications and equipment proposed in this report shall be installed in accordance with the attached <br />drawings for the determined available structural capacity to be effective. <br />We at Paul J Ford and Company appreciate the opportunity of providing our continuing professional services to <br />you and Crown Castle.
