ORDINANCE NO. 3638-18 <br /> gl/ ETT <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3505-16 entitled "Evergreen <br /> Branch Library Expansion Project", Fund 342, Program 023, to accumulate <br /> the design and construction costs for the project in the amount of <br /> $6,900,000. <br /> WHEREAS, the special construction fund entitled "South Branch Library Expansion <br /> Project", Fund 342, Program 023, will now be entitled "Evergreen Branch Library <br /> 9 <br /> Expansion Project", Fund 342, Program 023. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to expand the Evergreen Branch <br /> Library located at 9512 Evergreen Way. <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3505-16 was established to fund the design costs required <br /> for the expansion to the Evergreen Branch Library; and <br /> WHEREAS, additional funding is necessary to complete the design and construction of <br /> the expansion to the Evergreen Branch Library; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3505-16 which reads as follows: <br /> The estimated cost of the project, including costs related to design, construction, and <br /> project costs shall be determined at the completion of design development. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> The estimated cost of the project is $6,900,000 including costs related to design, <br /> construction, and project costs. <br /> Section 2: Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3505-16 which reads as follows: <br /> The sum of $600,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 023 "South <br /> Branch Library Expansion Project". <br /> A.
