400".41 <br /> 1LTT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3642-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Duplex - <br /> Phone & Data Room Remodel Project" Fund 342, Program 021, as <br /> established by Ordinance No. 3480-16. <br /> WHEREAS, A special construction fund entitled "Duplex — Phone & Data Room <br /> Remodel Project" Fund 342, Program 021 was established by Ordinance No. 3480-16 <br /> to accumulate the design and construction costs required to remodel of the Duplex - <br /> Phone and Data Room located at 9425 Holly Drive, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to relocate the Duplex - Phone <br /> and Data Room to the Evergreen Branch Library rather than remodel the Duplex, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund no longer exists, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 021, "Duplex — <br /> Phone & Data Remodel Project" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Duplex — Phone & Data Remodel <br /> Project", Fund 342, Program 021, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 1 $140,000 <br /> Total $140,000 <br />
