The Grantor agcees that Htle to all brush, trees, other vegetation or debris a�immcd, cut and removed from the easemeat pursuanc to this Agreement, and also all bnuh, uees, other vegetation or debris a�immed, cuc and removed from GranWr's laod pucs�ant co this Agrcement is vesoed in the City, and that the consideradon paid for wnveying said nsement and rights herein described is accepted as full compensadon t:�r all damages incide�l to the ezercise of auy of said rights. 5. In tl�e event Grantor places any improvements on or in tLe easement or constructs anything within the easement without first having ootained tb: writoen approval of the City Engioeer, the Gtantor shall cease all such acdvity aad �emove any and all improvemems placed therein withcrut the written agreement of the City Engitxer. In the event Granwr fails to obtain pr�or approval, Grantor hereby authorizes dx City to remove any and all improvements placed or constr�cted therein and hold Hx City, its officers, employees and agents harniless from damage caused to said improvemenu from removal tLereof. GranWr further agrees to pay the Ciry for any and all costs incurred by the City in removing the improvements. This right is in addition to any other right the City may have at law or in equiry. 6. Grantor dces release, indemnify and promise to defend and save hamiless the City, its officers, employces and agents from and against any a� all liabiliry, loss, damage, expense, actions and daims, including cosu and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the City, its officers, employees and agents in defense thereof, asserting or arisiwg directly or indirecdy on account of or out of Grantor's use or activity within the above-0escribed easement.
