C. Specific Requirements 1. Provide the following for all classes taught a) This Professional Services Agreement is effective when the provider receives a written "Notice To Proceed" with a specific date from the provider's Point of Contact. b) Plan and implement Preschool and Youth level Gymnastics classes c) Develop curriculum for classes with a focus on core gymnastics d) Maintain attendance records and provide them to EPRD e) Assist with promotion of other park programs by providing park guides or other program flyers at GYMagine Gymnastics. f) Provide a clean, safe and welcoming facility for all classes g) Monitor and evaluate student's progress h) Maintain and submit course evaluations i) Develop other programs and classes as agreed upon with the parks contact j) Prepare class materials and handouts for each class k) Inform the parks contact if situations with customers generate a complaint with regards to program content, staff or other issues I) Renew Annual City of Everett Business License for 2019, no later than January 31, 2019 2. Plus additional classes/programs as agreed upon by Program Supervisor and Service Provider. 4. The City has the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum registration requirements.
