The staifs review is pursuant to Chapter 388-97 WAC - Nursing Homes cod'rfied Rules, Regutadons,and Standards adopted by the department as amended to date for use of the faality. local building officiais have the authority for review and approval of this construction project pursuant to the State Building Code adopted by the Iocal jurisdiction as amended to date for occupancy of the facility. We still need to receive for epproval Hro derm shop drewinys for floon 3 and 4. 'fhese drawings may be submitted separately duHng the construction. We are retuming a set of stamped "Approved" Construction Drawings and Sp6cifications for your use at the job site. Final approval is subject to applicable codes and field inspections. We recommend these documents become a permanent part of the facility records. We heve enciosed 1 notificatlon card(s). Please complete and retum the proen card when construction begins. The pink csrci and one copy of the Final Inspection Approval from the local jurisdiction is required when construction is complete. The Residentiai Care Services Division of the Department of Social and Health Services(DSHS) requires a minimum 90-day advance notificaHon of anticipated completion dates.
