LA, , - 76 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 371-75, Section (1) (a) also described as 6.04.020 of the Everett Municipal Code to provide a change in the minimum age required for obtaining 1 a license as provided in this section and establishing a license fee for owners of seeing-eye dogs and retired citizens. • 2 3 4 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 5 Section 1: That Ordinance No . 371-75 , Section (1)(a) also described as 6 6.04.020 of the Everett Municipal Code which reads as follows: 7 A. Any person owning, keeping, harboring or having custody of 8 any animal over three months of age within this municipality must obtain a license as provided in this section. This provi- 9 sion shall not apply to the keeping of cats, small cage birds, or aquatic and amphibian animals solely as pets. 10 11 License Fee Schedule 12 Dog, female (unaltered) $10.00 13 Dog, male (unaltered) 8.00 Dog, male (neutered) 3.00 14 Dog, female (spayed) 3.00 Large domestic animals 10.00 15 Unusual or exotic animals 25.00 16 Replacement licenses 1.00 17 Being the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 18 A.
