<br /> NOW, `HEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:

<br /> Section 1 : That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the

<br /> 1969 Extraordinary Session, the budget for the year 1977 now

<br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Everett,

<br /> is hereby adopted and the total appropriation, including inter-
