1 ORDINANCE NO. `•L)3 L^ <br /> 7 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 223-73 <br /> 5 more particularly described as 8 . 28 . 030 <br /> of the Everett Municipal Code by adding <br /> 6 thereto an additional exemption. <br /> 7 <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 8 <br /> Section 1 : That Ordinance No. 223-73 more particularly des- <br /> 9 cribed as 8 . 28 . 030 of the Everett Municipal Code which reads <br /> as follows: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 8 . 28 . 030 Exemptions . <br /> 12 The following outdoor fires are exempt from Section 8 . 28 . 020 : <br /> 13 A. Small outdoor fires for pleasure, religious , <br /> ceremonial , cooking or like social purposes; <br /> 14 <br /> B. Fires from torches , incense burners , insect <br /> 15 pots , flares and smokeless waste gas burners; <br /> 16 C. Fires to prevent a fire hazard, for instruction <br /> in methods of fighting fire, testing fire resis- <br /> 17 tance of materials , or testing fire protection <br /> equipment provided prior written approval has <br /> 18 been issued by the control officer of the Puget <br /> Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> Being the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br /> 21 <br /> 8 . 28 . 030 Exemptions . <br /> 22 <br /> The following outdoor fires are exempt from Section 8 . 28 . 020 : <br /> 23 <br /> A.
