ORDINANCE NO. At/5-" 74, <br /> 1 AN ORDINANCE supplementing appropriations of <br /> the budget for the City of Everett for 1976; <br /> 2 and amending Ordinance No . 376-75, as amended <br /> by Ordinance Nos. 387-76 , 388-76 , 389-76, <br /> 3 400-76, 402-76 , 408-76 and 411-76 , and <br /> declaring an emergency to exist. <br /> 4 <br /> 5 WHEREAS, the City Council has now appropriated certain <br /> 6 local, State and Federal funds to augment previously approved <br /> 7 programs within the 1976 budget; and <br /> 8 WHEREAS , the source and application of funds have been <br /> 9 identified; <br /> 10 NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain that the <br /> 11 following supplements shall be made to the 1976 budget: <br /> 12 Section 1 : That the sum of $11 , 000 . 00 be appropriated <br /> 13 in the following manner : <br /> 14 a. Fund 304-1967 Street Bond Construction <br /> 15 (1) Program 618-Norton Avenue Phase IV, <br /> 16 increase 1976 budget appropriations $11, 000. 00 <br /> 17 Original appropriation, Ord #376-75 $78 , 000. 00 <br /> 18 Amended by this appropriation $11, 000. 00 <br /> 19 New Program Total $89, 000. 00 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 This increase is to make final payment to <br /> 22 Burlington Northern, Inc. for adjustments to communication <br /> 23 and signal lines and grade crossing adjustments to 5 cross- <br /> 24 ings of Norton Avenue. This work was performed under an <br /> 25 agreement of November 19 , 1969 between the City and Burlington <br /> 26 Northern, Inc. regarding the widening of Norton Avenue. <br /> 27 b.
