1 ORDINANCE NO.- / - <br /> 2 <br /> 3 AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Code <br /> of the City of Everett as provided by <br /> 4 Everett Municipal Title 19 (Ordinance <br /> 3572) <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br /> 7 hearing regarding the addition of Section 19 . 04 . 155, Medium <br /> 8 Manufacturing to the Zoning Code, <br /> 9 <br /> 10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> 11 after hearing the recommendation of the Planning Commission, <br /> 12 has determined that said addition should be adopted, <br /> 13 <br /> 14 NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Everett does ordain: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Section 1 : That Everett Municipal Code Section 19 . 04 . 155 is <br /> 17 hereby added and shall read as follows : <br /> 18 <br /> 19 19 . 04 . 155 MM - Medium Manufacturing <br /> 20 <br /> 21 A. DECLARATION OF PURPOSE <br /> 22 The purpose of the MM Zone is to protect certain areas <br /> 23 of the City for land intensivE manufacturing. <br /> 24 The purpose of this zone is to assure an adequate amount <br /> 25 of land to accommodate the needs of industry and its <br /> 26 commercial support activities , while protecting adjacent <br /> 27 areas from potentially adverse impacts . <br /> 28 <br /> 29 B. PERMITTED USES <br /> 30 The following uses shall be permitted unconditionally in <br /> 31 the MM Zone along with other uses as determined by the <br /> 32 Building Official. <br />
