The first is that there must be 22 <br /> to 24 feet ot unobstructed alley width, while the plan ynu submitted shows about 14 feet between extruded <br /> curbs on cach side of the drive up aisle. There must be enoueh room for a car to pass those waiting in the <br /> tellcr line. The second is that ihe alley must now become one-way, west bound only, between Hoyl and ihe <br /> north-soutit portion of the aliey (wliich will remain a two way alley). The alley must have a sign posted facing <br /> Hoyt saying Do Not Enlcr.
