We felt the benefits to <br /> the neighbors and City would b2 enhanced. We still have the same goal <br /> in mind. <br /> We will, upon approval of difference in value, swap our proposed <br /> alleyway for the present alleyway. This will be done and completed per <br /> drawing atlaclied.
