• <br /> IYL 9ierr <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled"Small <br /> Capital Projects",Fund 354,Program 059,for small capital projects. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. As part of the 2019 budget development process, $300,000 was identified in <br /> Fund 354 CIP 3 to fund small capital park maintenance and repair needs as well <br /> as upgrades to existing and necessary systems. <br /> B. The Small Capital Projects Program 059 will be used for projects that cost <br /> between$5,000 and$50,000. <br /> C. The Small Capital Projects Program will be accounted for in Capital Projects <br /> Fund 354,Program 059. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 354,Program 059,and shall <br /> be entitled"Small Capital Projects"to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 354,Program 059,for the improvement projects. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Community Services Director,under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things necessary to accomplish the actions authorized in this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$300,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354,Program 059, "Small Capital <br /> Projects"as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $ 300,000.00 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $300,100.00 <br /> 26 <br />
