Copy of U.S. Level 2 Avalanche Certification (or equivalent). <br /> 3. Statement of lead guide having climbed Rainier:when and which route(s). <br /> All guides must submit: <br /> 4. Copy of Wilderness First Responder Certification (or equivalent). <br /> 5. Documentation of Leave No Trace Trainer training (or equivalent). <br /> 6. Climbing resume, certifications, and other relevant information. <br /> 7.Answers to the Narrative Questions-see Attachment G. <br /> Summer Backpacking All guides must submit: <br /> (Guiding on designated trails that include 1. Copy of Wilderness First Responder or First Responder certification required for <br /> overnight camping in the backcountry.) lead guide. CPR and First Aid minimum for additional guides. <br /> 2.
